How does the hot & cold bonnet relieve migraines?
The integrated gel works both cold and warm. Cold, after time in the freezer it reaches -5 °C and stays cold for 30 minutes: cold compression on the forehead, temples and neck constricts dilated blood vessels and eases pain from the very first minutes. Warm, after a few seconds in the microwave the heat wraps the neck and releases muscle tension. You choose based on your migraine.
How long does delivery take?

Does the hot & cold bonnet fit all head sizes?
Our bonnets come in one adjustable size, fitting head circumferences between 52 and 62 cm. The velcro strap lets you adjust compression to your preference.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. 14 days to change your mind, no questions asked, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5 days of receipt.
